Caribbean to see US Open T20 ‘live’

Fans in the Caribbean will see the 2017 US Open T20 ‘live’ thanks to the effort of Mahammad Qureshi, the chairman of the league.

Qureshi in an effort to get the cricket shown worldwide has decided to bear the cost and will be providing the cricket broadcast free of charge for Trinidad and Tobago Entertainment Network (TTEN) who will be taking all the games from the October 25 to 29 period.

The ninth US Open T20 tournament has created tremendous interest amongst fans, as a number of world class T20 players from the Caribbean are taking part. The headline act will be the Bravo brothers, Dwayne and Darren who will be playing for the US All Stars. Also among the big name players participating are Keiron Pollard, Sunil Narine, Rayad Emrit, Kevon Cooper and William Perkins.

The US All Stars are the defending champions and they will have with them Canada’s Rizwan Cheema, the the US-born players Mohammad Ali Khan and Zishawn Qureshi.
